El lugar está muy bien, las instalaciones son amplias y bastante cómodas, apto para pasar momentos agradables con todos los integrantes de la familia. Chaima en la recepción y Miguel Angel de mantenimiento son excelentes personas y hacen que la estancia sea más agradable.
Cuentan con un desorden administrativo, probablemente sea falta de personal.

The location of Apolo Apartments Rentalmar is excellent, and to be fair, the location is what saved our holiday and our stay. Everything is conveniently located nearby, which made it easy for us to enjoy Salou despite the problems we experienced with the apartment.
Unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing and not very comfortable. The beds were uncomfortable, and the kitchen was missing some basic equipment. We asked reception for a toaster and were surprised that we had to rent one instead of it being provided as part of the apartment facilities.
The air conditioning in the small bedroom was not working, and the balcony door was damaged and could not be opened. We reported this to reception and were told that they were already aware of the problem and were waiting for parts. However, no alternative solution or different accommodation was offered.
We also asked reception about parking and were told that their car park cost €10 per day plus a €25 deposit. However, they did not mention that from 16 September the parking outside was free. We only discovered this ourselves later. It would have been helpful and appreciated if reception had informed us when we specifically asked about parking options.
Another issue occurred during one night when there was an altercation between other guests. The disturbance was loud enough to wake us and other guests during the night, but there appeared to be no security available to intervene and deal with the situation.
