The property is right in the city, you can easily walk in the main attractions without taking a bus.
The staff is not physically there, they reply on the phone pretty quickly though

Buena ubicación. Buena vista. Habitación agradable.
EL cuarto era muy estrecho para 4 personas. La ducha muy pequeña. Los colchones de las camas muy flojos y nos levantamos con dolor de espalda. El ingreso un poco complicado. El ascensor se bloquea mucho porque los usuarios deben cerrar las puertas luego de usarlo y a veces no lo hacen. Y para subir y bajar maletas por 3 o 4 pisos sin ascensor es muy incomodo.
