The layout of the house, the tasteful decoration & the location for a holiday property was perfect. We were within 5 mins walking distance to the town (boulangeries, pharmacy, small Carrefour) and it was great not having to get into the car every time we needed something.
The air con was a life-saver in 40 degree heat. It was in the kitchen and all the bedrooms. The downstairs living room stayed perfectly cool because it was shaded from the sun at all times.
The pool felt like the ultimate luxury & we had great afternoons cooling off in the privacy of our own garden. The kitchen & laundry facilities were fully equipped, modern & spotless.
The town of Lisle sur Tarn is like something out of a fairytale. Incredible architecture and a lovely little local market in the square every Sunday morning.
Recommendations - buy the peaches at the market! And be sure to have a meal at Le Romauld. One of the best meals we’ve ever had in terms of taste, and experience, due to the adorable owners and the beautiful surroundings.

The location which was convenient for shops and restaurants,
The swimming pool, the spacious kitchen. the lovely balcony.
The television lounge.
A few minor problems, quickly dealt with by friendly and helpful support staff.
Would have preferred WC to have been part of ensuite rather than next door.
