Well priced for its size and location. Towels, coffee and soap were provided. Responsive owner who answered all our questions. 2 rooms: 1 is a couple room with 1 big bed and the other is a family room with 3 beds. Very easy self check in and easy to find. It fit our family perfectly with lots of room. Location was great as its 4min walk from metro, it’s not at the city center but still great for bus and train access.
Old style and needs some improvements especially the toilet door, but everything worked out fine. Door code given was wrong but thankfully owner was online and we got the correct one shortly after. Air conditioning is the European style AC like a cool fan with the exhaust hanging out via the window; but it seems this is typical everywhere in Italy. Very minimal issues but nothing too bad.

La pulizia ok
Palazzo molto decadente esternamente e appartamento vetusto, impianti sia elettrici che idraulici molto vecchi e sicuramente non a norma. Il wc funziona malissimo perché ci mette 10' per ricaricarsi. Molto rumoroso perché vicino ai binari.
