Excellent location! We could walk to Rome’s main attractions, including the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Vatican City, and Piazza Navona. Trastevere, with its great restaurants, was also nearby. The manager kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. The apartment was comfortable, with two bathrooms, three double beds, a fold-out armchair, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Our first night was very stressful because the gas detector kept beeping, indicating a possible gas leak. We contacted the manager, who tried to help, but the issue wasn’t properly resolved. We found the gas shut-off valve, turned it off, and opened the windows, but the alarm continued until the next day. Staying in the apartment with children without knowing whether it was safe was very worrying. There was also mold in one of the showers. Also, sofa bed wasn’t prepared for sleeping, so we had to find sheets, pillows, and other bedding and make the bed ourselves.

The property was excellent—super comfortable and very clean.
The location is unbeatable, close to everything: the historic center, shops, and supermarkets.
The service and communication were excellent as well.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
