It was perfect stay! The place was great, especially in fields of: proximity to everything, comfort, space and the cherry on the cake - 2 superb terraces.
Hosting agency was very professional, easy in contact and helpful. Overall 10+/10
We liked everything. For those who would consider as important: parking place is in some distance, for us it was ok, to load and unload luggage we used spaces close to the building and there is absolutely no need to use car on daily basis. Second, lift is not reaching top floor, one level is to be completed by steps.

The view from the terrace is superb, the location, The apartment is spacious, has everything you need. Two large terraces, one where you can have dinner and the other where you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine and a beautiful sunset. I will definitely come back here again.
The cleaning was done in a hurry, the floor was not washed and it was not vacuumed at all, they probably just swept in a hurry. On the other hand, the bathroom was clean. I would have liked to find at least a bottle of water in the fridge.

The Matilde Home is like grandma’s house!
It was very clean, well equipped, with a big refrigerator, two new air conditioners, comfortable bed, big bathroom with a douche and a bathtub and two balconies, one with a sea view and the other with mountain view.
The location is central, very close to the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops. The parking lot is just few steps away.
Train station is about 5-7 minutes walk and connects you to all Cinque Terre area and La Spezia.
Note: there is a lift in the building but to reach the last floor you need to walk one flight of stairs.
The only thing that was quite uncomfortable was the sofa in the living room, it felt like broken. It should be repaired or replaced with a new one.

La décoration, le mobilier et l'équipement dans la cuisine vintage +++. On se croyait dans les années 50.
Le matelas du lit une place est à changer.
La toile cirée est déchirée sur la table de la terrasse et de grandes herbes dans les jardinières.
