Дуже сподобалось розташування,гарный вид з вікна ,не потрібно підійматись на підйомнику щоб оглянути ті ж самі краєвиди що й з гори Зручна квартира,дві ванни,що дуже удобно

Ну дуже скрипуча кровать у кімнаті,це мабуть один з мінусів,і парковочне місце яке надає власник для великих машин маловате,це так ,щоб знали,але є поруч місця,де можна залишити своє авто

The apartment itself was really lovely. It is spacious, cosy, and very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well equipped and has all the necessary supplies. The highlight is definitely the balcony, which offers an absolutely fantastic view over the city and the lake. We really enjoyed the apartment itself and found it to be a very pleasant place to stay.

Absolutely horrible communication from the host/property side. In order to get the keys to the apartment, I was required to fill in a form with information about all guests. I completed the form, but in order to finalize it, I was also required to sign a contract that was entirely in Italian. As I do not understand Italian, I refused to sign a document I could not understand. I contacted the host, and they promised to send me the contract in English. However, they never did and stopped responding to my messages on Booking.com. The reservation was fully paid, including the city tax, but I still did not have access to the apartment. I contacted the host again 24 hours before arrival, asking them to send me all the check-in information and instructions in advance, as we were traveling and I was worried that I might not have an internet connection or phone service when we arrived. Despite this, the communication remained very poor. In the end, I only received access to the apartment around three hours before check-in. This meant that throughout our journey I had to worry about whether we actually had an apartment waiting for us or not. This was completely unnecessary and caused a lot of stress, simply because the host failed to communicate properly. Regarding the location, the apartment is situated on a hill, and there are no supermarkets nearby. You need to walk downhill for around 15–20 minutes to reach the city area and find basic supplies. When we arrived at around 8 p.m., we were very tired and thirsty. We expected that the host might at least leave a couple of bottles of water in the apartment. This would have been a small but very welcoming gesture and is something we have experienced in many other apartments we have rented. Instead, we had to go back down to the city center to find water. Nothing dramatic, but considering the already very poor communication and lack of hospitality, I would consider this another significant minus.

موقع الشقق حيث انه يصعب الوصول لها وكذلك وجود مواقف صعبه جدا للدخول تقع في منحدر شديد وطريق صغير يكاد يتسع للسياره وكذلك الوقوف اصعب وشبه مستحيل تقريبا حيث انني اصدمت مايقارب ثلاث مرات بالسياج الحديدي مماتسبب في تلفيات بالسياره وصاحب الشقق اتوفع انه كبير بالسن صعب التعامل معه حيث اننا بقيينا بالشارع حتى الساعه 7 مساء نريد يرسل موقع دقيق حيث ان الموقع بالتطبيق غير واضح
