A ház környéke az elvárásaimnak megfelelő volt, kis távolságon belül találtam ingyenes parkolóhelyet is. A legközelebbi metróállomás és közvetlenül mellette az éjjel-nappali bolt 10 perc sátára van. A lakás tisza, rendezett, berendezései többnyire jól működnek.
A házban nincs lift. Nekünk nem okozott gondot, de másoknak okozhat. A kettő közül az egyik szobának nincs ajtaja. A konyhafelszerelés éppen elegendő, hasznos lenne pl. egy kenyérpirító, még néhány tálka és több kiskanál.

L'appartamento ci ha fatto stare subito a nostro agio. Il terrazzo è veramente accogliente, anche se per il gran caldo non l'abbiamo sfruttato.
Sapere che non c'era ascensore ai piedi delle scale è stata davvero una spiacevole sorpresa. Avevo portato una valigia grande e quindi pesante. Se avesso saputo, avrei scelto una valigia più piccola e avrei scelto una data successiva per farmi aiutare. Per fortuna mi ha aiutato il co-host, gentilissimo. così ce l'abbiamo fatta. Dovrebbe essere specificato che non c'è ascensore. Nei giorni successivi mi sono abirìtuato a salire le scale. Penso di tornarci.
