The property has everything we needed and some more, enough space for all of us to feel comfortable - the beds and showers was nice - everything well organized and clean
We didn’t use the outside space and it didn’t look very inviting or been taken care of as much as the inside

It was easily accessible for my older mother. We liked that there were 2 separate full suites on either side of the apartment. It was nice to sit in the lounger in the courtyard during siesta and read a book. The bathrooms and kitchen were large and well appointed. Great location!
While there were only 4 stairs to get into the front door, they were very steep.

This property is well located away from the busy tourist areas. Very clean.
Great communication with the hosts.
Kitchen and laundry are well-equipped.
A very comfortable stay.
The power load can be a problem. Utilising too many appliances at once can trip the power.
This may be a problem in Lucca and not isolated to this property.
