Très bien situé, au cœur de Lucca proche des remparts, de la piazza dell'anfiteatro et de bars animés. Appartement sous les toits, avec du charme, spacieux et propre.

Le sommier était cassé (cf commentaire de juillet 2025). Les escaliers d'accès sont très raides (plus que ceux du duomo de florence !!). La salle de bain mériterait d'être bien rénovée (joint fait à la va vite, encadrure de velux cassée, carrelage fissuré et mouvant...). Les taxes de séjour ne sont pas à jour sur l'annonce, ce n'est pas une bonne surprise à l'arrivée !
