Very nice property, very clean and had all that one would expect from a rental in terms of cooking and dining equipment . Bedrooms are spacious and adequate towels provided. Location and being Pet friendly was main reason for choosing the property. Beds are fine for single occupancy. We enjoyed our brief stay and would return.
There were a couple of things to address.
We would have liked to empty the bins prior to departure but could not locate an outdoor green or black bin.
We did notice a lot of personal items in the house, so this meant zero space in freezer, larder filled with owners foods, vitamin supplements and medication. Also whiskey, vodka and beers should be locked away. Showers likewise contained many of the owner’s shampoos etc.
Property is listed as pet friendly, but no details on how to close the gates. Not huge issue for us, but perhaps a nice thing to communicate to renters how to close gates. Also we could not find a bin to deposit the dog’s waste, so ended up having to transport this to Bellmullet to throw in a bin there. That was disgusting.
Beds are small for couples.

Having the full house, rooms big, beds comfortable and really had everything we needed. Perfect for our golfing break,
Probably could do with a few pictures or paintings on wall, it would help to feel more “homely/warm”.
It is 2k into town, so need to use a taxi but the local taxi bus that runs at night for €3 per person was handy.

Downstairs was spacious and modern with plenty of room to sit and socialise. Well equipped kitchen.
We went to check into our property after a long day at a wedding and the key box was not working so we were locked outside- luckily we didn’t get a taxi and could sit in our car to try and solve the problem. Took 40 mins to get a reply from the host to solve our problem and there was no apology. Over all the bedrooms and bathrooms need work and some
Blinds need to be replaced as they’ll only go down and not up or move at all. Shower water pressure and temperature weren’t great and the beds were not comfortable.
