Location and staff!
There is need to upgrade some of the facilities at the place, e.g The gym room

The breakfast was alright, even though I had to go downstairs to remind them - cos I reckoned they mentioned I will have a complimentary breakfast on my first morning, but it never came in until I went to ask for it.
The gym was not in a good state. I believe the ceiling was leaking, and due to the downpour of rain, it was bad. I used it only once and didn't go back cos the floor was slippery.

It clean and secure.
Staff were very polite
Pool was cold and water pressure can be better.

It was quiet and diffusers smelt homely
Shower not working even after they tried to fix it.
They ran out of towels
AC was dropping water
Cupboard where the fridge was kept was broken
Wardrobe glass was broken
Walls were leaking even on 4th floor
You cannot reach anyone at night
Rider cannot get in after 10pm
Swimming pool was not functional
Gym was not functional
I was checked in late but was being rushed to check out.
