The staff were very helpful in particular Amanda who went out of her way to rectify what was not right. The area is ok with some restaurants supermarkets etc close by...bed was comfortable and had a great shower after it was changed...
I changed rooms because things weren't right in first room. Breakfast is patchy - not much choice....there was no black coffee until they got some sachets. The trades work finishing in rooms is shoddy....I lost water a couple of times a day - difficult if you want to toilet or have a shower or clean your teeth ....wifi didnt work well in the room, and the power goes off and on continually- this is Lagos....

Staff were very friendly and approachable.
It is very nice and clean, but not necessarily a 5 star hotel.
