Minden király volt! Hangulatos a hely és a szállás is igényes! A lokációja is remek volt! Megérte az árát!
Nem tudom mi okozhatta, nem biztos, hogy a szállással volt valami baj, hiszen minden láthatóan tiszta és igényes volt, de 2 nap után megjelentek néhol apró muslincák. Ki tudja honnét.. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Pedig a hely tiszta és igényes.

Die Lage Zentral zu Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr nett eingerichtet und Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber

Die Lage selbst war in Ordnung.
Da das Studio im Erdgeschoss liegt, gehen auch bei beiden Fenstern direkt Passant*innen vorbei und man hört bei offenen Fenstern alles was sich am Gehsteig und auf der Straße tut sehr deutlich. Wenn man also in Ruhe schlafen will muss man die Fenster schließen. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft. Wir konnten den Schmutz zum Glück selber entfernen. Der Vermieter wollte ein Foto der Überschwemmung hat sich aber mit uns keinen Termin für die Reparatur ausgemacht. Über dem kleinen Platz im Freien der zum Essen und Sitzen gedacht ist hängen gut sichtbar 3 Klimaanlagen dessen Geräusche störend sind. Zusätzlich tropfen diese wenn sie eingeschaltet sind auf den Essplatz herunter. Im Außenbereich ist vor der Terrassentüre ein Bewegungsmelder. Dessen Licht fällt beim Einschalten (häufig der Fall) genau auf das Bett im Innenraum. Im Studio war immer wieder ein strenger nach Keller riechender Geruch wahrzunehmen
