From arrival to leaving the customer service provided by Alex was top tier. He made us feel welcome and looked after every step of the way. The views were spectacular and the nightly dinner really hit the spot after a long day of hiking.
WiFi was a little spotty in the room, but it was nothing that took away from our visit!

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Panoramablick über die Berge erhalten. Da wir aufgrund der aktuellen Situation die einzigen Gäste waren, wurde uns zum Abendessen und Frühstück sehr persönlich aufgetischt - mit leckeren und traditionell jordanischen Speisen. Alex hat sich wunderbar um uns gesorgt - ein grosses Lob an ihn! Die Betten sind bequem und der Ausblick grandios. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage haben. Am Nachmittag ist es also recht heiss geworden. Am Morgen wird man vom Kikeriki der hauseigenen Hähne geweckt - gehört aber irgendwie dazu in einer Location wie dieser!
Die Info, dass wir mit dem Auto nicht bis zur Unterkunft fahren sollten, kam leider zu spät und so sind wir mit unserem kompakten Mietwagen die recht gefährliche, steile Schotterpiste bis zur Unterkunft gefahren. Zum Glück hat Mitarbeiter Alex unseren Wagen wieder ins Dorf gefahren - wir hätten das wohl nicht mehr geschafft ;) Aber es wäre besser gewesen, diese Info einen Tag früher und am besten über Whatsapp zu erhalten.

Great location. Delicious food. Friendly staff.
We had some kind of alarm in the middle of the night (probably solar panels' battery level was low and we heard loud beeping) and it ruined our sleep. The place is also quite expensive in comparison with other places in Jordania.
