The main advantages of the apartment are the large terrace with a beautiful view, new furniture in the patio area, and air conditioning in every room.
Unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing. The cleaning was superficial: the floors and some surfaces were not very clean, there was residue on the dishes, dirt around the washing machine, and black mold in the shower enclosure. The bed linen and towels, however, were clean. Most of the furniture and appliances were old and worn. The dishwasher caused problems with the electricity, and the Wi-Fi signal was poor in the rooms farther from the router. The outdoor shower is very basic and looks homemade. There was also only one sun lounger, and the outdoor swing shown in the photos was not there.
The nearest beach is about an 8-minute walk away, but the route involves a very steep descent and climb, including stairs. The beach itself is quite basic and somewhat run-down. Getting anywhere by car usually takes around 30–40 minutes each way, and even longer if there are road issues or closures, so it is worth considering whether this type of holiday suits you.

Such an amazing view!! Annalisa sent us so much information and was very responsive to questions. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
If you don’t like stairs then this place is not for you. But we think it was worth it :-)

Die Terasse ist außergewöhnlich und der Ausblick atemberaubend schön, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin, Lage für Ausflüge sehr gut, Apartment sehr schön ausgestattet, wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und wären gern länger geblieben.
Die Dusche ist nicht sehr bequem, eine zweite Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer wäre für uns vier dann auch schön gewesen, ansonsten alles wirklich prima!!!!
