Good location, but the unit is not properly maintained

Good location.

One of the toilets had a strong, unpleasant smell, making it unusable throughout our stay. We ended up not using the toilet at all. We also had some difficulty arranging access to the facilities, as the booking process was not very straightforward.

Poor management

The location

The staff who manage is not friendly, unable to contact them when needed. Check in inform were given last minute. They mentioned there's free parking, taken all the details and end up I need to pay RM32/day.
