Had good washer and dryer

Iron and iron board can do with replacement
No storage in one of the downstairs bedrooms, two couples with four suitcases not ideal, had to spread out in hallway - great for weekends but not extended stays.

The location was perfect. Quiet, 20 mins walk to the nearest underground
Gate access the the Mews so very safe and secure. 3 double beds + 1 single + double sofa bed. Lots of crockery + cutlery

Communication wasn't the best. My birthday extra request wasn't answered.

L'hôte a été réactif et les instructions étaient très claires. Notre quartier était super mignon, avec transports et commerces proches. L'appartement offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer un bon séjour. Avec la vague de chaleurs, il y avait des climatiseurs et ventilateurs dans les chambres.
Cela n'a pas affecté la qualité de notre séjour, mais le petit balcon et la salle de bain du dernier étage mériteraient un meilleur nettoyage.

Location was good. Lovely Alba Cafe around the corner, we enjoyed breakfast there.
Shrill beeping in locked cupboard in bedroom kept me up all night. They fixed it the next day but an apology would have been nice. Shower has to be handheld as the wall attachment was not functioning.
