Four days in Haarlem

Central, convenient location. Very pleasant décor. Spacious sitting room.

All little things, but they did distract from our enjoyment of the flat: Lack of hand soap for toilet or bedroom basins. Nowhere to hang towels. Shampoo but no body wash in shower. Shower and washbasin in bedroom. Bedroom size a little tight. Minimal tea bags. No kitchen roll.

Fabulous location, nice apartment, shame about the ammenities- not good value for money.

Fabulous location

No hand soap in bathroom or toilet basins, coffee only sufficient for 2 days and we stayed 3 nights- written that they do not replenish coffee…and for €1158.40 for 3 nights I expect better. Luggage storage is also 800 mtrs from the hotel on cobblestone paths so it’s not convenient or practical at all (only told when I messaged that we are a little early and have arrived) …so we ended up going to a restaurant for 1.5hrs with our heavy luggage and waited for the room key to be activated. Stairs are small, steep, narrow and spiral- so not suitable at all for anyone with big luggage.

Très bel appartement parfait pour 4 personnes. Nous avons eu des questions pour l’air climatisé et un technicien est venu vérifié le lendemain sans devoir argumenter. Très bon service.

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et ce sont de vieilles marches difficiles à monter. Le drain de douche s’est vite bouché aussi.
