Welcome to the Weinert House! The Weinert House is a historic home located near downtown Seguin,Tx. Seguin is located in between Austin and San Antonio with so much to do. Past owners have said the guests have reported sightings of the long gone Weinert sisters, Clara and Miss Ella. Not to worry, they haven't been seen in a very long time & are reported to be very friendly.
The Weinert House is spacious & conveniently located blocks from downtown nightlife & restaurants. The 2 story home has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, multiple living areas, & a full kitchen. The home features an outdoor gameroom with a kitchenette, outdoor restrooms ,& an underground pool. There are firepits & bbq pits for our guests in the outdoor area. The Weinert House sleeps 14 people comfortably & allows a max of 18 people. The home comes with ample parking. There is also a garage apt. for 6 available with an additional fee upon request. This was an amazing Rental well worth the stay plenty of room for people to stay all equipped with everything that you needed. The house was wonderfully filled with antiques and very charming and clean. The game room was such a plus not having the kids run through the house with was a blessing because they kept going to the game room and get their snacks. Change their clothes clothes and get everything they want without wedding the floors the pool was nice and a little warm, but it was very relaxing with lots of chairs around it all my company I would recommend this For large parties. The host was very good at communication and I appreciate all her help.

What is up with a book stating not to read it and that was your only warning. Is it true the house we stayed in is haunted? The house felt a bit eerieee!!!

Wow! The family and i had an amazing stay. Very nice home. Had something for everyone. Pool, game room, sun room, everyone in our family age range had a blast. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms had extra everything, toiletries, towels if needed. This is the kind of home you can pack light for because it has everything you need. Communication was also great and important when traveling with this family. Greatly appreciate the stay
