The open-plan layout brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together in one flowing space - ideal for families who want to stay connected whether someone's cooking, catching up on a show, or winding down after a full day out. A dedicated workspace means longer stays work just as well as quick getaways. Room-darkening shades, a smart lock for seamless self check-in, and a private entrance round out a setup designed for comfort and convenience from the moment you arrive.

　

Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom - a welcome retreat after long days at the parks. The second bedroom is set up with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom offers two single beds, making it a natural fit for kids or additional guests. Every bedroom includes a built-in closet for storage, and the home is stocked with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers throughout.

　

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in when you want a break from restaurants - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle are all on hand. A high chair and children's dinnerware make mealtimes with little ones easier, and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and kitchen essentials are provided for your stay.

　

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms serve the home, one of which is the primary ensuite. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. A bathtub and hair dryer are also available.

　

Resort amenities

As part of Festival Resort, guests have access to a heated pool, kids' splash park, arcade, putt-putt golf, volleyball courts, and a fitness center - all on-site. An on-site bar & grill and convenience store mean you won't need to go far for an evening meal or last-minute supplies.

　

Outdoor space

Step outside to a patio or balcony and a backyard - a quiet spot to enjoy a morning coffee or let the kids run around before heading out for the day. The property also sits waterfront, right next to a body of water. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

　

Getting around

Walt Disney World is approximately 11 miles away - around a 20-25 minute drive. Universal Orlando Resort is roughly 35-40 minutes out, and Legoland Florida is about 35-45 minutes away. Downtown Orlando and Orlando International Airport are each approximately 40-45 minutes from the property. Disney Springs, Epcot, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are all within 30-35 minutes.

　

Good to know

Check-in is available from 4 PM via smart lock self check-in. Checkout is by 10 AM. A starter supply of essentials is provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to restock. A washer and dryer are in the home for added convenience.
