Great neighborhood. A lot of food options nearby. Not the most convenient for public transit, but it is close to a tram line that is a handful of stops from a train station so the transportation is still solid.
The place itself was spacious with large bedrooms. Could be a good spot for longer stays. Great balconies too.
There are a few things worth commenting on.
The place has a washing machine, which is great for lighter moving travelers, but, the only drying rack would be the bathroom towel rack (you can probably see the conundrum). Also, for hanging towels after showers, there aren't hooks on any doors, so the only real option is the small towel rack.
For showers, the shower unit hardware was fickle and sensitive, so you had to be careful. And, the body wash dispensers in the shower were empty, so you are relegated to one small packet of body wash per person for multiple nights.
The silverware seemed like it had not been sufficiently cleaned. We rewashed the silverware in the dishwasher as the hot water in the sink was difficult to set.
Lastly, the TV remote didn't work because the batteries were dead. I replaced the batteries and left a spare set in the unit.
I know this probably seems like a lot of quibbles but, honestly, the place is genuinely nice, there are just some areas where there is room for improvement.

The apartment looked very nice and was aesthetically pleasing, creating a great first impression. The overall design and appearance made the space feel comfortable and inviting.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The biggest problem was the shower — the water pressure was very low, and the temperature was extremely inconsistent (around 20 seconds of very hot water followed by about 10 minutes of freezing cold water), which made showering very difficult. Cleanliness was also a concern, as the floor did not seem properly cleaned and our socks became dirty quickly. Additionally, some basic amenities were missing, such as garbage bags and kitchen paper towels.
