Exactly like the photos. Very clean and modern. Good shower and kitchen was well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Short walk to the beach and square. Communication with the host was excellent, friendly and helpful.

The modern apartment close to the Beach is very well equipped and has everything you could ever want to have a nice stay in Larnaca, like a Kitchen, a Washing Machine, a TV, 3 bedrooms, AC in every room.
The owner/host is very cooperative and quick to help if there is anything you need. Communication with the host during our stay was superb.
The property itself is located in an apartment-complex on the 1st Floor and is generally very save.
If you don’t mind the relatively high percentage of foreigners residing in this area then this Apartment is definitely something to consider.
It’s very well equipped with an AC in every room, a washing machine, a kitchen with everything you need to make your own meal, a nice half automated coffee machine, a TV

Very clean and client oriented. They also have provided the sockets adapters, that was cute.
Only the building and neighbors (store on the ground floor), but that’s no really smth serious.
