A warm reception and help with my bags. Public parking right outside on the quiet street. I was staying just one night so not long enough to use all the facilities including a lovely big communal kitchen and dining area and outside garden.
For me personally of a certain age and who travels a lot, I prefer my own bathroom and TV, tea/coffee facilities in the room :) But for 1 night it was all perfect!

Very comfy bed, and excellent hot shower! Spacious room. Beautiful patio, and well appointed kitchen, though not used. Quiet neighborhood. Close walk to train and bus stops. Very pleasant, helpful family owners. Waited up for me to arrive.
Did not realize it was over the bridge from Queensferry. Not very convenient at 22:00 trying to find simple transportation to Rosyth. Then train delay caused me to arrival later than predicted. May have poor ventilation in bathroom, as there was a smell.
