I think that, for the price paid, was good, all things considered. The check in took a bit longer as the lock they have on the main door needs a bit of figuring out. My room was all the way up, 2nd floor.
The smell in the house was quite nice, the kitchen is equipped to a certain degree and there was quiet in the house for the time of my staying.
Cheap, reliable and okay.
The location was okay, however, I did not feel very safe leaving the car parked around the streets. Fortunately, everything was okay.
The lock on the main door took far too long to fiddle with to gain access.
My room was very small, and you do not get that impression from the pictures.
The TV is anchored on the side, rather than facing the double bed. It cannot be moved, so I could not figure out how are you meant to watch tv while lying down in bed.
The check out was a bit painful. There is a refundable deposit through which they force you to do their job, more or less. I had to take all the towels and sheets down and carry them to the front door. If the garbage is too much, you are expected to take it out. While these things seem like basic things, I thing having them removed from bed and collected on the floor, in the room, should be more than enough.

My stay at this guesthouse was very pleasant, everything was very calm and quiet,and its warm, the bathroom was very clean and the kitchen was also very clean.
The only thing I didn't like about this place was that there was no market or restaurants nearby.
