Property was in a good location for an event we were attending and was well priced. We arrived earlier than check in too but they sorted a room for us no problem. Bed was comfy too.
The room did have a slight hint of smoke as we walked in but we just opened the windows to get rid of it. The doors are quite loud too when you shut them.

Good location, 20mins by bus to city centre, spotless, friendly & welcoming staff
Would describe it more as a hostel rather than a hotel. It needs a makeover!

Noise both internal and from road adjacent.
Basic facilities with some omissions in essentials
Scruffy external appearance
Steps and stairs. Not accessible to the disabled or impaired.
