Location is 20 mins from the main attractions such as Allegiant stadium, the Sphere and the strip
Place was clean but poorly maintained. Wardrobe doors were broken, bathtub had chips and holes in most walls from previous fixings. Curtains were thin and did not offer much cover from the sun. A/C unit had to stay on the whole time as per the property instructions otherwise 'any damage would be charged'. The A/C unit having to stay on caused it to start at inappropriate times and reduce sleeping
The neighbourhood is not great and saw many vagrants in the area. We did not feel safe leaving the apartment especially at night time.
There was no basic kitchen items such as salt, pepper, oil etc even though the property has cooking facilities and states a full sized stove. The laundry is a washing machine uncovered and out in the elements in the back yard.
