Everything met and exceeded my expectations. The staff was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable and the food was very good.

It’s good location for me for a break and to decide what island to go to next
Sometimes the hot water doesn’t work

The room size was good and the property has some nice spacious outdoor area
Pleasant views over the sea
The property has lots of potential that is not being realised
For the price I paid I expected more and better
I can understand why the hotel rating is relatively low when you see the photos and then get the experience..it looks like it will be better than it is
The hotel seems more interested in making money than making customers happy
At check in no one told us there was no internet available
Although I am sure it was in the room description I was astonished there is not even a mini fridge in the room . In a hot climate in a pricey room it is not right you can not keep your water cool
The tv did not seem to be working well and the air con was not efficient...took ages to get cool and seems to need maintenace to operate properly and the handset was not responsive
The barren open area by the sea is not attractive and should have some greenery or trees
Finally breakfast for the price being charged was not very appealing or comprehensive
You cant have both coffee and juice...no toast or any other extras offered. It felt like a budget offering
They are building new rooms but they should organise the ones they have better first
