Will definitely book if we are in the area again!

Great location. Lovely little outdoor space. Two bedrooms downstairs for the elderly grandparents was an absolute result!

Could have done with some more comfortable chairs in the living area for the amount of guests that it sleeps.

All the bedrooms were spacious. And it was equipped with everything we needed for our two night stay. The house was warm and inviting on arrival.

Whilst the rooms were spacious they lacked mirrors… these were only in the bathrooms and not ideal when they were in use.. when everyone was trying to get ready. A long mirror in each room would be ideal. The mattress on the double bed downstairs was reported to be very uncomfortable, causing two sleepless nights. The lounge area had limited comfortable seating area our 8 adults let alone had there been 11 for which the house is advertised. Luckily the weather was not great so we didn’t need to use the outside space but then if it had of been again this was not inviting and there was inadequate seating for us all.

Great family time, gave us the opportunity to stay together - however distance was far for walking.

Plenty of room for all of my family, and the facilities in terms of kitchen, living area etc were good, with normal essentials provided. Perfect because it was pet friendly and had parking.

Unfortunately the beds in two of the bedrooms were very uncomfortable and low down. it was further to walk into York than expected

Clean, spacious, modern, comfortable and warm. It comfortably fitted a family of 7 adults. Parking in dedicated space on drive. Excellent value for money.
