The staff were so helpful and kind especially My and Mai Anh the girls were very helpful and informative about things to do during our stay in Hanoi.

The staff was very nice, especially Mai Anh and Quang Huy. They helped me with cash, and answered all my requests.
Very comfortable beds, the tv had youtube, very clean, nice bathroom and shower.
Quite small swimming pool but very good as well.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt! Darüber hinaus waren wirklich alle Mitarbeiter wirklich überragend. Sie waren sehr besonders hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders My und Q Huy waren an der Rezeption mega nett.
Ich persönlich finde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. In Europa oder Amerika findet man nicht im Ansatz eine solche Unterkunft für einen solchen Preis!!! Klar ist es für Asien echt teuer, aber wir konnten mit dieser Unterkunft unsere tolle Reise abschließen. Bitte berücksichtigt das!
Bei dem Frühstück ist das Personal ebenfalls überragend. Das Essen ist hauptsächlich asiatisch und herzhaft, aber die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht auch mehr europäische Speisen zu integrieren.
Mein persönliches Highlight im Zimmer war das schöne Badezimmer (besonders die Dusche) und ein kurzer Poolbesuch im 8. Stock. Das war genau das, was man nach einem turbulenten im Old Quarter braucht :-)
Ahja und wundert euch bitte nicht wenn man nicht so viel Tageslicht ins Zimmer bekommt. Das ist wirklich in Asien und vor allem Hanoi normal! Wir sind mehrere Monate in Asien gereist und es gibt häufig Zimmer mit überhaupt keinem Fenster beziehungsweise mit wenig Tageslicht, da alle Häuser so dicht aneinander gebaut sind. Das hat uns auch gar nicht gestört, da es im Zimmer wirklich sehr viele gemütliche Lichtquellen gab.
Wenn ihr Tageslicht-Fenster unbedingt wollt, dann müsst ihr das entsprechend so buchen! Es ist in diesem Fall wirklich nicht störend!
Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, aber es könnten noch mehr „europäische“ Spezialitäten neben den vielen
asiatischen Speisen geben. Das ist schon wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau!
