My Fiancée and I absolutely loved our stay at the Skylark Hotel. The amenities are excellent, the rooftop pool a refreshing way to end a hot day in Hanoi! Location is fantastic, only a short walk to all the major sights. Best of all were the staff, Long and Ms Bang were absolutely fantastic, wonderfully friendly and couldnt have been more accommodating. Very grateful to them both for making our trip to Hanoi such a pleasure!

We rented the apartment at the side of the property. I liked that it was spacious for a large party.
The area leading to the apartment needs some renovations. If you take the apt there is no cleaning during your stay

Bed was comfortable.
They stated to me that they did not have my reservation.
Then, they stated I was in the other hotel.
Their website stated pet friendly, but they said I could not stay with my dog.
Then, they said my dog was okay but I would have to pay extra cleaning fees.
At checkout, there was no cleaning fee.
Note: My dog did not make any mess.
