My category room was spacious, had nice windows, good lighting. Nicely decorated. Breakfast was decent if it is already included in your pricing. Staff was very helpful. Close enough to main transitway for Grab downtown and back to the airport. Best banh mi I've had in my life 1 block north and to the left in front of the KFC.
Bed was a 5/10. It was noisy, and in front of a school with drums at 7:30am, some construction, but you can't stay in a city without expecting city problems. Me being a mold freak would like some more bleach in the shower area.

Really good space in the room (Exec Suite) that suited us for a longer stay. Wifi was good for working online. Location was fantastic- easy walk to Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake but far enough away to be a different feel and less hectic. Nice helpful reception staff and doorman was lovely ☺️ Amazing restaurants nearby for famous Bit Tet steak, chicken noodles and desserts. We found a friendly Bia Hoi nearby so we were happy as pigs in mud. Would be happy to overlook the minor shortcomings of the property for the good value*, space and location.

Room had a kitchenette but it had nothing except two wine glasses- apparently no longer to be used for cooking (weren’t told until we arrived) which was fine but having basics like plates, cutlery and glasses would be nice for takeaways etc. Not very clean when we arrived- ended up purchasing our own cleaning products and giving kitchen and bathroom a good once over. Breakfast was adequate but underwhelming with two very disengaged staff who spent most of their time sitting in the kitchen floor on their phones.

The beds were so comfy and the air conditioning kept us cool in the hot humid weather.
The staff were very attentive and friendly. They organised a day trip to HaLong bay at the front desk.

The receptionists were kind and helpful.
The bed was comfortable and the bedding was great.
There was nice entry hall with a working corner
The veranda has a depth of 15 cm and a width of a doorway (see photo). It faces the closet and is dirty.
Breakfast is served on the last floor in two rooms: one has a view but no air conditioning at all (37 Celsius...), the other overlooks dirty roofs and has an antiquated air conditioner that only cools it in part.
The cleaning lady pushed past my partner forcefully to clean the room despite his protests and entered the toilet while I was there.
The hotel is on a major thoroughfare (although it does not seems so from the pics) and across the street from a school and a very active building site. The rooms are not soundproofed. The noise was constant and loud despite being on a high floor
