Willow Inn Suites

The price was right for our extended stay, the staff was super helpful and friendly, the room was warm, and the shower was awesome.

I applaud the new owners for trying to change the reputation of the hotel (we live in SD now, but are originally from the EC/CF's area), but the constant smell of cigarette smoke outside the entrance was gross and the lack of respect for other guests from the gentleman who allowed his dog to poop on the sidewalks and in the lot right where people park and walk was not cool. The parking situation was painful, too (parking in the back lot would fine if we could enter through a back door, but having to walk all the way around to the front in the cold sucked), but we understand that you don't currently have another option. For your suggestion box: Figure out a way to put a smoking area and pet waste station area in the back of the building/away from the front entrance. Good luck and Happy New Year! ~Liz & Brian

no shampoo or conditioner...clean but floor was unswept

The Willow Inn was perfect for the price! The rooms were spacious and very clean. Plus what hotel offers 3 queen beds in one room? This one does! Would definitely stay here again.

You could tell it was under renovations at the time of my visit but that didn’t distract from my stay.

The room itself was nicely furnished and had good amenities. Unfortunate overall, this other property was very poor. Nearly every area was visible dirt buildup, and really took away when I could’ve been a good stay.
