Clean, Comfortable for Longer Stays, Central Location

The apartment is very central, near Serdika metro and other public transport options. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped for longer stays (we spent nearly three weeks here). Wifi is good, we were able to work with no problem. The staff and owner were genuinely helpful and sorted out a small issue we had quickly and efficiently—really appreciated that! We loved being able to walk everywhere, and the Kaufland supermarket in the old market hall is just across the street from the apartment and always had everything we needed. There are also plenty of other shops and restaurants in the area.

Great location, comfy apartment

The location couldn't be better it's a short walk from all the sites and close to the Serdika metro so transfer to the airport is very easy. The apartment is roomy and comfortable with plenty of space even when the sofabed is in open.

The whole bathroom was probably not installed properly - taking a shower floods the whole room so bring flip flops. Nothing to do with the shower curtain but I guess with the draining of the pipes. The toilet takes an unreasonable amount of time between uses. This can be tricky in the mornings. we were a couple with a young child and we had to make a "schedule" to work around this problem.

Estado del apartamento en perfecto estado, y la ubicación es inmejorable.

El pasillo desde el ascensor hasta la puerta de entrada estaba en mal estado (el picaporte de la puerta del pasillo estaba roto, había un montón de trastos apilados en la pared del pasillo, etc.). Es lo único que desmerece el apartamento.

Le logement est neuf, bien situé.

Pour des français, il manque un peu de vaisselle (juste 1 poele, et un faitou) pas de casserole. Pas de machine à café. Dommage Le bac a douche fuyait...mais on fait avec... dommage
