It was a lovely place. Plenty of space. Nice lounge. We had the entire outside living space also. Showers were nice. Host was responsive and helped out whenever needed. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet. Space to park car on main road and also dedicated garage.
The Air Con was poor. The AC units were too small for the area it had to cool. It was 35 degrees C each day in August. We arrived and inside house temperature was showing 28. We left AC on at full speed all night and it only dropped to 27 by morning. After a few days it dropped to 25 degrees which was okay to live in. There were only 3 AC units across 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 3 bedrooms. It’s a bit far away from Rome centre. 30 min drive.

Priestranný apartmán s veľkou terasou.
Chýbala klimatizácia v jednej spálni, nechutne dobiedzajúci hmyz, alebo mušky (neviem) v spálni bez klimatizácie. Celý sme boli doštípaný. Komplikovaná možnosť parkovania druhého auta.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in zona Cassia e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva.
La casa è spaziosa, ben organizzata e perfetta anche per gruppi, grazie alle tre camere da letto comode e ben arredate. Gli spazi esterni sono un vero valore aggiunto: curati e ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata a Roma.
L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, non manca davvero nulla, e tutto è tenuto con grande attenzione e pulizia.
Ottima anche la posizione: zona tranquilla ma ben collegata e con tutti i servizi utili nelle vicinanze.

Casa dal forte potenziale , bella ,comoda per chi interessa la zona ma non curata bene dal punto di vista accoglienza ospiti brevi
Letto scomodo , tovaglie bagno inesistenti, solo una piccola per doccia e tovaglia bidet
Cucina nn pulita a fondo , forno sporco frigo vuoto neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo per accoglienza
