NEVER AGAIN

The host had actually told me she would refund for the issues faced. But as soon as we have left the property she has chosen to block my number. I will and am taking this further and will make sure people are well aware of what it is actually like. We had reported an issue with the tv, almost immediately with arriving at the property and was told later after many messages it was user error - however the guest book reviews stated other people also had similar issues with tv not working. We was infact told if an engineer is to be sent out she would infact charge me for this. I told her that's not how it works. The day after she changed her mind and claimed she had contacted 2 people to come fix issues at the property. NONE OF WHICH CAME. Her last message was she will keep me posted. Then she blocked my number. Then we had issues with the washer not draining correctly. We managed to drain it but no help from the owner. Again In the kitchen there is a strong smell of smoke not sure if this is a neighbour or cleanliness of the property in general. The building entrance and stairwell were scruffy, with mud tracked on the stairs. With a very large patch of it. The stairwell contained bundles of rubbish dumped in an alcove. Letters addressed to an individual were left piled up in a communal area, which raises GDPR and privacy concerns. These should have been secured or removed by cleaners. Despite paying a cleaning fee, guests are expected to separate rubbish themselves, which is inconsistent with the fee charged. Only two toilet rolls were provided, both partially used (approximately three-quarters full), which I find inadequate. No shampoo or body wash was provided, despite washing pods being supplied for clothes. The blind in the toilet repeatedly comes off its clip, making it difficult to use.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment. Very clean... Had everything that I needed... Loved the design. Would definitely stay again.

The access to the parking space wasn't great, down a bendy narrow slope, at the back, near the bins, but realise with the nature of the property, that couldn't be changed. It didn't spoil my enjoyment...
