The place has great potential that is wasted by a lack of cleanliness.
It's hard to talk positively about our experience here. The size and privacy of the house were definitely highlights, and it came equipped with all the amenities listed, which was great. Our host was responsive and genuinely worked hard to improve our experience despite some challenges we faced at the start.
However, it's unfortunate that a place with such potential fell short due to some basic issues that can't be overlooked in tourism. The price initially seemed too good to be true, and it turned out that there were some aspects that didn’t quite meet expectations.
Our recent stay at this property unfortunately did not get off to the right start. Upon arrival, the house appeared deserted, and we found ourselves searching for anyone nearby. After some time, we learned that the host had mistakenly believed our trip was canceled, despite having a confirmed booking on Booking.com with no communication about any changes. This led to a less-than-ideal check-in experience, forcing us to kill some time in the area after an exhausting 8-hour road trip when all we wanted was to settle in and drop off our belongings.
We could have forgiven a minor hiccup at the check-in, but not the lack of cleanliness. It's hard to tell if the state of the house was due to the host's mix-up, but it was a letdown nonetheless. There were spider webs everywhere, the floors were dusty, and it gave an overall unkempt impression that made us feel uncomfortable and icky, even for a one-night stay. The kitchen had used dishes and teapots left behind, leading us to feel like we were crashing at someone’s summer house that hadn’t seen a clean-up in a while. Had we not been so exhausted from our journey and planned to stay only for one night, we might have seriously considered canceling.
Another issue was with the fire sensors, which constantly beeped, indicating a need for battery replacement. The host seemed to think these beeping alarms were a sign that they were functioning correctly, but having that noise echo from four corners of the house was more frustrating than reassuring. We had to plug them off during the night, only to put them back in their place in the morning. In case she still hasn't changed her mind about this, you'd better bring 4 9V PP3-size alkaline batteries with you, as everyone knows they are a must-have for any summer trip.
Overall, our experience could have been much better, and we hope the host addresses these issues for future guests. The place has great potential that is wasted by a lack of cleanliness.

If you are not into сleanliness and hygiene it is a good place, very comfortable and l quiet.
The house is well equipped, located in very beautiful valley surrounded by mountains. The Chiftlik beach is about 15 minutes driving is an great place to swim with clean water and not too much people arround.
It was very dirty. Seems that the host made cleaning herself and did not spend more than 10 minutes for 200 meters villa. There was hair in the frige, cigarette ash in the kitchen sink, some dirt stains on the floor. After the host refused to provide addtitional cleaning we made it by our selfes and the house became apropriate for living. We were given only two sheets for bed for three persons.
