We had the best time at Lotawata Cottage! Everything was perfect. The location, the view, the house, the entire experience. We can’t say enough good things about this rental. We will absolutely stay again and recommend to all of our friends. Katherine was so welcoming and helping. Excellent communication. 10/10 experience

This lake house was great! Very clean and the pictures don't do it justice. The house is kid friendly and every detail is thought of. The lot the house sits on is flat and getting to the water/dock is easy compared to majority of the other houses on Smith lake. Would strongly recommend this property!

House was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Very clean land comfortable linens. We spent a lot of time on the covered deck. The view is amazing and walk down to the lake was beautiful. Windows in the living room and dining room give a panoramic view of the lake while inside cooking or relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. I really liked reading on the dock. The desk in the bedroom was a quiet place to work. The front yard has a beach and is very sunny.
