Living, Dining & Kitchen

Unwind in the open-concept living room featuring a plush sectional sofa, Smart TV, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The adjacent dining area seats six and is ideal for shared meals, games, or planning the day’s activities. It can also serve as a comfortable workspace for remote work or study. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and essential cookware, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.

The home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements across four bedrooms:

Good To Know

Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. An in-unit washer and dryer are provided, with complimentary laundry detergent available for guest use. Parking is available in the shared community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. A pack 'n play and high chair are available free of charge upon request; please request these items at least 48 hours in advance.

What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can self-check-in using the electronic keypad on the door. Before your arrival, you will be provided with access codes to the gated community and the home. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
