Brand new (completed in February 2025), luxury, airy, providing easy access to the nearby resorts together with breathtaking sea views, Villa Smile is a property set to impress. Located along the main North-East route of Corfu therefore providing easy access to Nissaki, Kassiopi, Kalami, Kerasia and many more amazing resorts, the property is also set just steps away (150m) from the delightfully pretty beach and fish tavern of Glyfa as well as 1 km from the more lively Barbati. With 3 bedrooms, an infinity-style private pool, stylish fully air-conditioned interiors, Villa Smile can easily sleep up to 6 guests for an unforgettable holiday experience yet retaining unbeatable value for money.
Inside, the living space is set over 2 floors (one set of steps above the private roadside parking space), providing plenty of natural light and sensational views over the sea and the private pool. Finished to a very high standard, the property comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Entrance door opens straight on the beautiful lounge, with adjoinining fully equipped kitchen and extensible dining table for 6. The comfy sofas offer sensational views over the Ionian sea. Wi-fi internet and flat screen large TV are available. On the same floor there is also a laundry area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, housing 2 further bedrooms (en-suite). The master bedroom suite has its own, large, sea-facing balcony and en-suite shower room. The other bedroom has twin beds (that can be joined by the guests, if required), shower room, and side sea-facing balcony. To offer more comfort to the guests, the whole property is air-conditioned (both bedrooms and lounge, included in the rental price) and all the property has been built to the highest specifications, including high-specs double glazing to insulate from the outdoor sound. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a barbecue and outdoor dining area for 6 are available. Private parking space is provided too.

Beautiful villa , clean, with a lovely view BUT the photos are a little deceptive , the villa is right on a very busy road . Coach’s / buses / lorry’s all driving past . Very loud . This also makes the villa not at all private when you’re in the pool / on a sun lounger . There’s also villas being built opposite so building work noise and at some point the view will no longer be so good as it is.

The Villa would comfortably sleep 6 without feeling crowded, it also has excellent views across the bay to Corfu Town and has moreless everything you need for a great stay, it was exceptionally clean on our arrival and a nice touch was the bottle of red and some water in the fridge. Barbati has some excellent restaurants to choose from, it also has a decent supermarket for your everyday essentials. The beach is great with beautiful clear water and sunbeds available to rent. The Corfiot people were so friendly and helpful which was amazing.

The villa is amazing!!!!!, I loved the place it was clean, well put together and the see view breathtaking , the area is clean and people are very friendly,I definitely recommend the villa

It was very comfortable, the beds were amazing. The kitchen was well appointed with equipment that you don't normally get in self catering accommodation. The bottle of olive oil was a nice touch!
The WiFi instructions had gone missing from within the villa but it was resolved quickly.
