Diese Unterkunft bietet einen Optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Bus oder mit der Fähre. Die Busse fahren pünktlich und man kann sämtliche Attraktionen (Skara Brae, Ring of Brodgar, ...) per Bus kostengünstig erreichen. Auch Ausflüge mit der Fähre sind unkompliziert (online) zu buchen. Auch der Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass man nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Das Cottage ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man als Urlauber braucht.

Difficult to see house number in dark on arrival An outside light at back would have been helpful when letting dog out in dark. Bushes somewhat overgrown impeding access to garden

It was very well equipped with regards to kitchen facilities. Very quiet location and LOVED the raspberries, blackberries and gooseberries in the garden. Also house was very clean indeed ! Easy access to the main street, harbour and shops.
Chairs were EXTREMELY uncomfortable !! No decent mirrors at all. No hand towel or dish towel in the kitchen. Garden, although lovely, could have done with a good tidy up....everything looked so overgrown with weeds everywhere and generally uncared for !
