Our stay at Acanto Loft was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was exceptionally spacious, bright, stylish, and beautifully designed. We had plenty of room to relax and feel at home, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern furniture, a lovely fresh scent, and a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were especially cozy, which made a big difference in getting a good night's sleep.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining, and having a washing machine was very convenient. The view was beautiful, and the location was excellent, with a supermarket just a short walk away.
One of the biggest advantages was the free private parking, which was a huge plus for us as we explored Madeira by car. It made our stay so much easier and more convenient.
There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning. We stayed for four nights and weren't entirely sure how the towel replacement system worked, as our towels weren't changed during our stay. Perhaps this information could be communicated a little more clearly to guests. Also, there wasn't a capsule coffee machine available, so we bought one ourselves. This wasn't a problem for us, but it might be a useful detail for future guests to know.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and equipped with almost everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to return to Acanto Loft on our next trip to Madeira! ❤️

Gut platziert, gut ausgestattet, schöner Balkon, Parkplatz in Tiefgarage
Es hat gestunken, Waschbecken im Bad lief nicht sauber ab, Bettdecke für drittes Bett war nicht da, ebenfalls nur Handtücher für zwei anstatt drei Personen vorhanden, Balkontür teils defekt
