Amazing location, 10 min walk to Riva town centre. Very clean and modern. Air conditioning was great, especially in August. Beds were really comfortable. The host was very helpful and got back to us promptly if needed.
If you are relying on the washing machine, especially if you are moving onto another destination, then just be aware that the machine is used for housekeeping washing so is often occupied, especially during busy seasons. The outdoor table could do with chairs on the balcony, we had to keep taking the indoor ones in and out.

Brilliant place close to the city centre of Riva del Garda, making it a great location to either hang out in town or leave the city to go to all the great spots in Trentino. After activities the pool is awesome to hang out in. We stayed for six days. Family of five with small children.
