Had a lovely relaxing break in a super cosy cottage

The house was exactly as described and had everything you need and more. The location was excellent, so close to the centre of the city.

There was nothing to dislike at all

Great location bit tired but still valid for the money we spent

The location was excellent the bed was comfy the shower was really good

It’s an old terraced house and looks a bit tired but for us it was fine

9 / 10

Well equipped and spacious within walking distance of Lincoln city centre

Great location for both the cathedral area and the town centre. Fantastic host that was really communicative and helpful.

Lovely wend for my daughters graduation

Very close to the city centre and within walking distance to my daughter’s graduation at Lincoln cathedral.

The trees and bushes at front of the property needs to be cleared back as there is not enough sunlight getting into the front rooms.

Location close to centre

The back yard which was cluttered and misleading not somewhere to chill! Property tired and in need of revamp, as stains on carpets, upstairs bedrooms damp patches on ceilings, toilet downstairs, cupboard door by toilet door hanging off hinges and very light in bedrooms could need black out blinds!!
