Location was close to lots of resturants house was large and right off main highway
Host did not tell us if they wanted beds stripped and where too leave dirty towels. This was not a big issue

The house was very clean and exactly as photos show except there's the extra sitting area near dining room anymore. The spa was our favorite. Actually the entire patio area. There are also plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything except there's no seasonings. Nada so bring seasonings if you plan to cook; which we did alot of. The game room was fun and we made alot of memories there. Overall this was a nice stay and reasonably priced for the accommodations. The owner is also very responsive and made sure we had everything we requested. He even sent in pool service in the middle of the week to clean the worms out the pool. There is a cost for heated pool services so make sure you discuss with owner prior to trip because the info isnt included in rental info during booking.
The alarm to go to the patio. You have to push a button every time you go out to the pool area or the alarm, which is piercingly loud will go off; as well as you cannot leave the door open or it goes off. I understand the concept but it definitely should be an option to disable this. Im sure the neighbors were annoyed as all get out too since we spent so much time on the patio and kept forgetting to push the button. Also 3 of the bedroo.s do not have access to streaming service nor cable. The kids hated that they weren't able to watch TV in the rooms. Thankfully, we bought the laptop. While plenty of towels were provided, there were only 3 washcloths provided for 5 people staying for 5 days. We bought our own anyway but wanted to mention because definitely can end up being an expense if you do not.

The property is child friendly, size of the house, number of beds, has a pool and grill, fenced in yard. House comes with almost everything you would need to treat it as my own.
I couldn't have the A/C on 73 degrees (smart control), Had problems with the TVs, has pool table (only 1 pool stick in bad shape), air hockey table didn't work, pictures of property is deceiving (making yard and driveway bigger than what it really is), driveway was hard to get in and out of (vehicles parked opposite side of the house), had to buy pool toys (left behind no use for them at home)
