The place was super nice, everything was new and fresh inside, obviously a recent renovation and very well done at that. Nothing was missing, kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it.
The place is well connected with metro lines 13 and 14 (14 is way better) really close. There are places to get breakfast and coffee, as well as a place to get dinner even late at night.
We enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend staying there.

Malgré sa petite taille, l’appartement est bien agencé et convient parfaitement pour un séjour solo. C’est plutôt calme, la chambre donne sur une cour intérieure. 10 minutes à pied du métro et du bus, on est au cœur de Paris en 1/2 h. Le quartier est agréable.
