Absolutely terrible experience — 0/10, would not recommend
Unfortunately, our stay at this accommodation was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The reality was nowhere near what was presented in the listing and the photos.
First of all, the location was disappointing and not what we expected based on the description. However, the biggest issue was the overall cleanliness and condition of the apartment. The entire place was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. It genuinely looked as though nobody had taken the time to prepare the apartment for new guests.
The bed linen did not appear to be fresh or properly changed, which is especially unacceptable for an accommodation where guests are expected to sleep. The apartment itself was also visibly dirty, and there was rubbish left in the communal stairwell, which made the whole building feel neglected and poorly maintained.
The condition of the bathroom was another major issue. The toilet seat was damaged/cracked, which should absolutely have been replaced before guests were allowed to stay there.
On top of all of this, we also experienced problems with the check-in process. We had difficulties getting into the accommodation and, when we tried to contact the host/property management for assistance, we were unable to reach anyone. Being left without reliable communication when there are problems during check-in is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was that the apartment did not look like the photos in the listing. The pictures created a completely different impression of the property, while the actual apartment felt dirty, neglected and poorly maintained.
Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. Between the poor cleanliness, dirty surroundings, damaged bathroom fixtures, misleading photos and the lack of communication during check-in, there was very little that met reasonable expectations.

Poor communication and unacceptable customer service. The property contact number was unreachable, and responses to messages were extremely delayed. The door PIN provided did not work, leaving us unable to access the property despite reporting the issue.
As a result, we had to book alternative accommodation, causing significant inconvenience and unnecessary expense. My brother returned twice in an attempt to gain access, but the issue was never resolved.
To make matters worse, a €50 cleaning fee was charged despite the fact that we never stayed at or used the property.
This was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this property to anyone. If this had been an emergency, the lack of communication and support could have had serious consequences.
