The location is the only real positive: very close to the centre and easy to reach on foot.
The apartment is advertised for 4 adults but is not suitable for 4. The living room is tiny, the sofa bed was really dirty, and the kitchen table was so low it was unusable for eating.
Check-in was poorly managed. The door code supplied was incorrect and we had to be given a different one. We arrived at 15:30, after the 15:00 check-in time, and found the cleaning lady still inside with an infant. We only got in around 16:00. The cleaner blamed the property and the property blamed the cleaner.
The wifi signal was poor in the bedroom because the router is outside the apartment. The host said they would check, but never did, even after we asked twice. After that, silence.
Some bathroom fittings had come loose from the shower. The street has ongoing roadworks, noisy all day, and a recreational room full of students in the same building added to the noise.
At 610 euros for two nights, this is far below what you would expect for the price.
