الموقع: ممتاز ، قريب من جميع الامكان السياحية والمطلوبة
النظافة: ممتازة جداً ، وكل شي فيه مودرين ومرتب ومهتمين بجميع التفاصيل حتى صابون مغسلة الملابس حاطينه
الموظفين: كل واحد يقول انا اطيب من الثاني ( غسان وخلف ) انعم واكرم
بس العيب الوحيد ينظفون الغرف كل ثلاث ايام اطلب منهم مكنسة

كلمه شكر قليله في حق الموظفين وبالاخص الاخ غسان وخلف كانهم فرد من افراد الاسره خدومين وخلوقين ومتابعين لكل صغيره وكبيرة
سكنت 15 ليله ولم اشكي من اي شي
كل شي قابل للحل متعاونيين

اعجبني قربه من محطة المترو ومول جواهر
A small word of thanks would never be enough for the staff, especially Mr. Ghassan and Khalaf. They treated me like a member of their own family. They were kind, respectful, helpful, and always attentive to every little detail.
I stayed for 15 nights and never had a single complaint. Everything was handled with a positive attitude, and any issue was always solvable thanks to their cooperation and willingness to help.
The hotel felt very safe and comfortable.
I would also like to thank the hotel owner for taking such good care of us on our last day. May God bless you and provide for you from where you least expect it.
I also really loved the hotel’s convenient location, especially its proximity to the metro station and Cevahir Mall.
