The location, polite and friendly staff, comfortable room with everything you need, good breakfast. A great option for its cost. Lovely place! Especially for a 1-2 night stay. The location is good, close to the center, there are necessary shops and metro stations nearby. It is convenient to walk to the main destinations. Wonderful staff, Tamara at the reception is a very nice woman who will help with any question.
Room repairs should be refreshed, broken furniture replaced, and a little more attention should be paid to room cleanliness and bed linen.

They upgraded my room, and it was even better than I expected, very clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully arranged. However, the breakfast was disappointing. It was served in a small, inconvenient space with limited options. The location isn’t ideal, but considering the price, it’s a good value.
The receptionist tried to flirt with me on WhatsApp, which made me very anxious since I was traveling alone. Apart from him, the rest of the staff have been kind. I reported the issue to the manager, but as she is not an English speaker, communication was quite difficult.
